Vipluxpets is committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all our customers. Our standard shipping service is free for all orders within the USA and typically takes Monday to Friday to arrive from the date of shipment.

Order Processing:

All orders will be processed and premium shipped within 5–14 business days of receipt. also added mention dates in product descriptions. DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS offer premium-free shipping and provide every product.

Exclude shipping locations in the USA:

 APO/FPO addresses, US protectors , Alaska/Hawaii, El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Haiti, PO Box, Mesciko

We are not shipping to these areas.

Delivery:

Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on your location and other factors. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping address:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
